What the fee table does not show

Poshmark's fee covers a prepaid shipping label that the buyer pays for at a flat rate. On eBay you price shipping yourself, and the fee is charged on whatever you charge for it.

For clothing and accessories both platforms have an audience. eBay's is larger and more price-driven; Poshmark buyers expect to make offers and bundle items.

The eBay figures use the rate for most categories. Handbags and jewelry pay more on eBay, which narrows the gap for those items.
