Vinted Fee Calculator
Vinted takes nothing from sellers: you keep the full sale price. The buyer pays Vinted's fee on top, usually 5% + $0.70 in the US. On a $30 item that is $2.20 for the buyer and $30.00 for you.

How Vinted fees work
Vinted turns the usual marketplace model around. The seller pays nothing; the buyer pays a fee at checkout.
- Seller: no listing fee, no commission, no payment fee. You receive the price you set.
- Buyer, United States: a Vinted fee of usually 5% + $0.70, plus shipping.
- Buyer, United Kingdom: a Vinted fee of usually 3% to 8% + £0.30 to £0.80, VAT included, plus shipping. The exact amount depends on the item, the order value and whether it is a single item or a bundle.
- Optional seller extras: you can pay to bump a listing for 3 or 7 days. The price is shown when you buy it; enter it in the calculator if you used one.
Worked example
You sell a dress for $24.00 that you bought for $6.00.
- Vinted selling fee: $0.00.
- You receive: $24.00.
- Profit: $24.00 − $6.00 = $18.00.
- The buyer pays your $24.00 plus Vinted's fee of $1.90 (usually 5% + $0.70), plus shipping.

Before shipping. On cheap items the fixed part of the fee is a large share of what the buyer pays, which is worth remembering when you price them.
What this calculator leaves out
- Shipping, which the buyer pays at checkout.
- Vinted Pro sellers (registered businesses), who have their own terms.
- Verification services the buyer can add on some items.
- Markets other than the US and the UK, where the buyer's fee differs.
Frequently asked questions
Does Vinted charge sellers a fee?
No. There is no listing fee, no commission and no payment fee for sellers on a normal sale. The price you set is the amount you receive. The only seller costs are optional extras you choose to buy, such as bumping a listing.
What fee does the buyer pay on Vinted?
A Vinted fee added at checkout: usually 5% + $0.70 in the US and usually 3% to 8% + £0.30 to £0.80 in the UK, where the exact amount depends on the item, the order value and whether it is a bundle. On a £30 item a UK buyer pays between £1.20 and £3.20 on top, plus shipping.
Who pays for shipping on Vinted?
The buyer, at checkout. You receive a prepaid label or a drop-off code, so shipping is neither income nor a cost for you.
If Vinted is free for sellers, why does my item look more expensive to buyers?
Because the buyer's total is your price plus Vinted's fee plus shipping. A $30 item costs a US buyer about $32.20 before shipping. If the same item is listed elsewhere at $30 with shipping included, it will look cheaper there even though you would keep less.
